Supra Mk3 chop by me

So basically the other day i wanted somebody to lower my car in photoshop because i had no idea how. I got that then i was like wow this would be fun to try myself so i *aquiered* photoshop v9 cs2 and gave it a shot, i showed my friend my work and he loved it then asked me to modify Mk3 Toyota Supra as this is his dads car and he wanted to see what it would look like, here it is.

any feedback is will help, id rather not have people complaining about rice and such, this is what he asked for. comment on the quality of the chop or somthing that needs editing, please anything.

Looks alright, just give it a front bumper and maybe a side skirt. BTW, don't talk about warez.

I guess it looks okay, but how much work really went into it?

 

1) Open image

2) Select body

3) Deselect parts not to be colored

4) Image>Color Balance

5) Save for interweb.

 

Put a little more work into it before I go around handing out serious tips.

Looks ok, love the wheels though.

But how are you supposed to open the damn doors without the bloody door handles?

thanks for the feed back, firstly Lazlow i didnt say 1 thing about warez you did, for all you know by *aquiered* i could mean i ran into PC World piced it up and ran out, or bought it off that guy in the pub.

 

@anuj: i did more than that, its lowered, de handled, de locked, took the pump strips off, clear lights all round and seing as ive never used photoshop or andything other than MSpaint i think it was a prety good first try.

 

@black-hawk: if this was rea;, you would have central locking and keyless entry, and thanks i love the wheels too.

You should of gotten rid of the vanity plate, looks out of place.

i noticed it, its on the layer under neath, i couldnt work out how to get rid of it, ill keep trying but it wont let me edit the bottom layer :S any idea how?

I find it weird you neglected to mention the fact you changed the rims... when it's one of the first things I noticed different.

thanks guys, i fixed the front bumper part now and also got rid of the plates heres a pic:

@Roper, thanks, the rims turned out better than i thought they would. and i think im addicted

 

@papanesta, i guessed people would notive that nearly imediatly so i didnt bother saying about it, what do you think about them?

the rims are odd. Fronts are bigger than the fronts and more than they should be via the perspective.

i can see what you mean but i cant do anything about it, maybe i can but i dont want to? hmmm. i dunno i like it tho, maybe if i make the back bigger?

Select around the back rim, copy it, the paste and go "Edit" > "Transform" > "Scale". And make it a bit bigger, maybe try that. I'm also modding cars in Photoshop.
