Without telling us what you're doing, who knows? With an attitude like NOW, who cares?

 

Rule #2 of modding is uncheck read-only. You might as well get in the habit of specifying which GTA as well.

Read only is where you right-click on the file then select properties. There will be a check-box called read-only, make sure it is not checked then press apply. You might as well just do this to the SA folder so it does every file.
