crazylikeafox
i don't know if anyone else feels this way but, i couldn't really get into the whole gangster, thug story plus i didn't like how it was always a orange haze, and my ps2 would click when playing it and the graphics would be crappy when going fast and the missions wernt as fun and inventive as the others what do you think? Knife
Well, I liked it... Bigger, more to do, better models(buildings), more cars/weapons ect... Just what I think.

Bryce.
I definitely liked the whole "feel" and area of vice city, but SA'S extremely expansive map is just awesome. Vice City did have better stunting tho...............

Are you referring to the orange hazey thing when it rains? Because if you are theres a mod for the pc to get rid of it, i dought theres one for the ps2 or xbox tho. But yes its a pain. spaceeinstein
If you go to San Fierro, you won't get an orange haze.

GTA3Freak-2001
The orange haze was only in Los Santos and was there because the real LS(LA) is nortorious for that orangey haze cause by polution. I agree that it was overdone and I am not into Los Santos much, I am more of a San Fierro or Las Ventura's person where the air is somewhat clearer. STAR_Admiral
Overall i like SAN ANDREAS better cause of the huge map and lots of things to do. But when it coems to storyline, GTA III was the best. THe whole mafia thing really got me hooked.

Hurricane5
Of course I liked San Andreas. I agree that the storyline was a bit, different, if you will. I got into the whole depth of the expanding map/story. The suprise return of certain characters was neat. In the end, the thing that made San Andreas for me was the features/map. Overall, I believe GTA3 was the greatest as far as music/storyline/atmosphere. Vice City had some great music and great features, for its time. But it fell short to the overall feel of San Andreas and Liberty City, In my opinion.
Sly_Madman
I like them all for different reasons. San Andreas is great, but it did have a few areas that needed to be worked out. I do think Vice City was the top of the ladder so far, though.
Double_Deagle
To give a good statement I have to review all the 3D-parts... GTA3: +Very cool city, nice missions, really cool stunting -Main character unable to talk, no clothes change (stinky), way too short storyline, loading screens between city-parts Vice City: + cool 80's feeling, best main character, cool missions, bikes, helicopters, fabolous soundtrack -the map was too small, flying the dodo was nearly impossible, loading screens between city-parts San Andreas: +huge map, able to reply to people on the street, individual clothes change, variety of vehicles, best weapons, authenticity of the cities, damn good cheats, 2-player-mode!!! -storyline a bit lame, manymany glitches (why do you say that twice???) And the problem of all three of them: You don't really have much to do after reaching 100%! I don't know how but for any reason SA takes the take ahead of VC and GTA3
ALeSsAnDrO
I agree that VC is the best. San Andreas has a much better and bigger map but I will never understand why the programmers changed the camera behavior when driving, it ruined the gameplay. Besides, the VC PC port is a lot more polished.

Mister Pink
I have to say Vice City had the best story. I don't really like the whole 'gansta' thing. Petty, un-organised crime. I love Yakuza, Triads, Mafiosi. I know the developers tried to keep these in the game but CJ doesn't fit in. I don't feel the great admiration for him like I felt for Tommy Vercetti, Chopper Read or Tony Montana. I really hope the next game brings back the Mafia thing. They probably won't put Las Vegas in a new GTA again and I think Its wasted on someone like CJ. Tommy Vercetti would have fit in Venturas perfectly, Hawaian shirt and all. As for the weapons and stuff. I preferred the bullet trails in Vice City and the melee weapons like the hammer ,screwdriver, butchers knife, and the other big knife. It's unfortunate but I think without the hazy glow thing you would see lots of blue hell when flying and stuff. I always though that it was a cheap way for them not to have to show too much complicated detail at one time. RUBBΣR░J♢HNNY (スオッ)
