YeTi
Ok i've got a problem with my firewall. I'm running norton internet security 2005 (please don't bitch about it my dad bought it) anyway whenever i try and load vc-mp it will get to the vc-mp loading screen pop up that little message that says loading and go no further usually i did manage to get it to permanately say attempting to connect or whatever it says. Anyway i had this problem before and i figured out that by disabling my firewall it would let me play (i know now what a stupid idea that is). From what i can figure out i have done the correct procedure to make it ignore certain ports i want it to ignore the commonly use vc-mp ports. Thats a screenie with the firewall port ignore thingy i think. As you can see i've got 5192 and 5001 both ports i commonly use in VC-MP on this list. Thats what you get when you click add. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Or tell me how to fix it? R.I.P.
