No there isn't. "The Sicilian Gambit" is the last Story Mission. You can do other Side Missions (Odd Jobs/Extra Missions), but you don't need to do 'em. When I first saw this topic I assumed that there would be some drastic change to Liberty City once the story was over. Maybe something like the riots on SA which would be a good ending but become annoying if you're trying to do things for 100%. After finishing the missions I really can't see anything that would make me want to return to before it. I would never want to watch that terrible end credits sequence again so apart from just replaying the mission or watching the final cutscene - Why is this save needed? I have saves before The Exchange from GTA3, Keep Your Friends Close from Vice City, The End Of The Line from San Andreas so I need save before last mission in LCS.
