Mr. GTA3 Posted November 11, 2005 Share Posted November 11, 2005 I saw on a cheat website that it is unlocked by beating the 'Radio' Mission......but i dont know where that would be.....and i might have done it already which in that case something is wrong...ghaaa im confused! GTA3Freak-2001 Posted November 11, 2005 Share Posted November 11, 2005 No mission unlocks it, its something that can be done from the start but you need to download a program that Rockstar have released which let you create tracks to go on your PSP.
