ttwbr
I have an alienware laptop. And it worked fine yesterday but I just turned it on and this bios thingy keeps appearing like computer setup or something and I exit it and it takes like 3 minutes to load and when it's done it starts beeping loudly and opens the bios thing again. Saggy
If you have the manual for it, open it up and look for "POST Messages". Usually when a computer beeps in any way while attempting to start-up, it's the motherboard tryign to signify to you that something is wrong. Two short beeps may mean a missing procesor, three long beeps may mean an imcompatible voltage on a device. Of course the actual signals probably vary on your motherboard, you can find them in the manul. If you don't have the manual, though, you're probably going to have to look for specifications to see just what kind of motherboard it is. Making a very, very broad assumption, though, your processor could be over=heating, although that's kind of unlikely considering you barely have a chance to switch from an idle state to a heavy-load state. ttwbr
I do have a manual, I'll check. It just keeps beeping. About 30 beeps then it loads that bios screen again.

ttwbr
Yeah that's right. Could the problem be that I spilled pepsi on the keyboard yesterday in the morning?
