iv been meaning to read the c++ book for ages now, i just never got around to. (last time i read it i was all of 11 yrs old biggrin.gif) iv done visual basic at school (grade 12) and im hoping that what i leant in class will transfer when i do c++.

 

lol im more got more patience now too (im 18 in july)

You'll need more mission coding than C++ for this hook. Most of what you'll want to do with it is handled by Custom.cpp, though you should go to page 2 or 3 of this thread and find my post(s) that correct the string length (thanks CyQ!!!) and the OR statement fix shortly after (thanks me!!!).

 

Here's an updated list of opcodes I've added since the hook was released (found in Opcodes.h); there are obviously more missing but I add them as I need them...

Ceedj, did you ever find the bit about having the speed and height mods turned on by default? Like I was saying before, I'm not a great programmer. I tried a bunch of different things, but no success. The farthest I've gotten is to have the mods stay on permanantly after one button push(right now I'm using 'W'). But to have them on by default would be gold. Thanks again.

Been a while since I've been here. Let me just say that this is a great file(meaning the scm hook that removes the speed and height limits). I tried doing it myself but I am no good at programming. The best I have been able to do is to change the hotkeys that activate the patches. If there is anybody that knows how who is willing, could someone please compile for me an .exe that removes the speed and height limits for aircraft by default instead of using hotkeys? As I said I have tried working with this, but it seems beyond my computer abilities. Thanks in advance for anyone who makes or attempts to make this happen.

Eliminare l'altezza massima del Jetpack

 

N.B.: Prima di apportare eventuali modifiche, fate un backup (una copia) del file gta_sa.exe, nella cartella GTA San Andreas. Ci solleviamo da qualsiasi responsabilità.

 

 

Prima di tutto, scaricate il tool Hiew Demo, quindi estraete l'archivio in una cartella a vostra scelta e avviate il file HIEWDEMO.EXE.

 

Una volta aperto il prgramma, sfogliamo le cartelle fino ad arrivare al file gta_sa.exe (solitamente si trova in C:\Programmi\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas, ma dipenderà dalla directory scelta da voi durante l'installazione del gioco).

 

A questo punto dovreste visualizzare una moltitudine di lettere e numeri: premete il tasto F4 e selezionate la voce "Decode", quindi premete il tasto F5 e digitate esattamente ".0067F268" (senza virgolette) e premete invio.

 

Dovremmo ritrovarci all'altezza di questa riga:

 

0067F268: 7A47 jp 0067F2B1

 

Dunque, sostituite "7A" con "EB" (senza virgolette), avremo dunque:

 

0067F268: EB47 jp 0067F2B1

 

Ora premiamo F9 per salvare il tutto ed F10 per uscire.

Da ora in poi, quando avvierete San Andreas, non esisterà più il limite di volo per il jetpack!

Eliminate Aircraft's top speed limiter

 

First of all, make a backup of gta_sa.exe

2.- Find and open gta_sa.exe (from the folder where you installed the game).

Now open San Andreas and see the results

 

Combined with your findings, that should take care of Height Limits for Aircraft and Jetpack as well as Speed Limiter for all Aircraft once and for all.

 

Somewhere I have the code for removing motion blur and heat haze, but I have to dig for it. Once I've integrated that, I won't need to use anymore 'hooks'.

now everytime i'm flying with the hydra appears a loading screen and then the screen becomes white like this

maybe is the exe....is there i way to hack the aircraft speed limit without modding the exe?
