Wow, now that you mention it (or show a screenshot, for the sake of being literal), I'm sure I've seen this glitch before. I saw a couple of cars driving on air over me in the opposite direction once upon a time, and if I remember it right, it was just before entering the Porter Tunnel. I saw this flying taxi glitch a couple of times. @Bartleby - I had the same thing in Porter Tunnel, just that the taxi itself didn't fall on the ground, in was half inside the ceiling and half outside (I guess). I figured that's how the cars spawn in the game, but I doubt they spawn in tunnels because there's not so much room for it to "descend from the sky".
