Because my first try got 44 kills and I'm just wondering do I have to waste time to do it again with a better score. The "UP" missions (R3 on PS2) are done by entering the vehicle for the job. Firefighter requires a firetruck, paramedic needs an Ambulance, vigilante requires a law enforcement vehicle (Police car, Enforcer, FBI Cruiser, Rhino tank), taxi requires a Taxi or Cabbie and Trash Dash needs a Trashmaster.
