I beat number 15, 14 and 13 from the list with a Punto, heh. I got the pink slip for the Supra, so I patched it up a little bit. You'd expect a number 13 from the blacklist to have the latest parts, but it appears I was dealing with a broke bum. Going from the Punto to the Supra is a big improvement, I just kept my Punto as long as possible. I could keep it and try to beat even better cars with it, but the Supra is just a better alternative. The Spanish chick will get blown away.

The Vuxhall Monaro VXR has the HSV GTO body kit, so I bought that. I've put a nice paintjob with a flame on mine, and some nice 10 spoke wheels. It's f*cking fast too now. Not as fast as my CTS though.

 

I started off with a IS300, won a Golf, sold it, won a IS300, sold it, got a A4, won a Supra, bought a CTS. Then I sold my IS300, A4, and supra and got my VXR

and that 1300 and something kmph is not the max speed, it's the speed at one place of the track+the speed at another place of the track+...... about 5 or 6 places.

your speed is recorded at some places and get sumed up and at the end the winner is the one with the biggest sum.(for the guys that don't know about this new type of race, ya shouldn't think ya could get to 1300kmph in a car in nfs mw:)))

That's faster than the Thrust SSC and more than Mach 1. I just didn't remember how this gamemode was called, boy.

Anyway the game is great. If you have doubts about buying it play the demo and know that the game IS better than the demo.

F*CKING HELL! I beat all 5 razor races, was on the final pursuit, about to make a jump over some bridge, and the game crashes. dissapears, no warning about it, no nothing, just gone. what the f*cking hell

I sold my Cobalt and beat Izzy, and I got her car from the Pink Slip marker. I swapped my Cobalt for an Eclipse, as the Supra was out of my price range at the moment.

 

Blacklist #11, it's going to be a fun race to the finish with my new cars.

once all the "ultimate" part packages are unlocked, pretty much every car has the same stats, full handling and accel, and almost full top speed. its pretty f*cking sad to see they put a chevy cobalt on the same level as a Murcielago or carrera GT.

It seems most of you are having quite a bit of fun with this game, thats good to hear.

 

I've only been playing it a bit for a couple of days and i'm pretty much bored of it already (playing it in Xbox) I can't complain much though seeing as I got it cheap lol.

 

I just find that the game is just too unrealistic for the most part.

 

I hate the catch up feature in this game. Someone else in a review had mentioned being thousands of (meters?) away from a computer opponent whose marker indicated they were hung-up at some point of the track... Then within a few seconds the distance between the cars dropped drastically as he watched the opponent catch and blow by him easily... (i've experienced this myself aswell...)

 

As a few of you have mentioned in here, it's also ridiculous for some of these cars to keep up with the others.

 

Handling, acceleration and top speed feels the same on every car (regardless of stats) I know you can change how you want the car to handle and stuff but whatever...

 

I guess i'm just more used to playing games like GT4.

 

I miss the days of "Need for Speed II" and the original "Road & Track presents: The Need for Speed" More attention was given to realism in those games than there was in the last few thats for sure.

 

Another crappy "EA TRAX" soundtrack. Will they ever come out with a good one? Hell even NHL '06 got f*cked in the ass with their terrible music choices.

 

 

 

I know I seem awfully anti-NFS:MW which really isn't the case, it's a pretty good game, but it just really hasn't caught my interest all that much. I only got the game because I enjoyed NFS:HP and thought maybe this would be a good game aswell... I was excited about being able to out-run the police in my Viper, but I find myself too uninterested in the story-line and gameplay now to even bother trying to advance any further.

 

 

If anyone happens to come across any good cheats send me a PM or something... Yeah I don't even feel guilty about asking for cheats for this game. If I was into the game a bit more i'd just do the story line (which i'll probably do bit-by-bit when i'm bored n e ways) but meh... This isn't really one of those games where i'd take pride in playing it and beating it without cheating to be honest...

Actually, the "Sex Appeal" you labeled is actually the "Heat Meter" - the higher it gets, more policemen will find you and will track you down. 2 is when undercover police try to nick ya, and sometimes set up traps to slow down/immobilize your ride.

Er, yeah. When you're getting busted, they won't impound your car immediately. The red crosses are getting ticked off. I'm not sure how often though, because I got busted 4 times or so, but never got a red cross. Maybe it was because it's my only car.

 

Just sold the Lancer and bought an Impreza. Already spent a 100k on it, just like the Lancer. For the first time I'm actually a bit faster than the opponents.
