The camera doesn't move, yeah its on a tripod. I move the PSP a bit when having trouble controlling it. is the snow only there for the car salesman missions or does it become an unlocked weather condition that happens regularly? I failed the mission just to see, and it stops snowing as soon as the missions over. that sucks, well i am stuck on mission level 6, I cant get passed the one where the guy wants to hit people on the sidewalk, i cant find any peds anywhere, its pissing me off! Is it raining? If all else fails use the clear weather cheat ( UP, DOWN, CIRCLE, UP, DOWN, SQUARE, L1, R1 ) then some peds will start showing up again. The first time when it's starts snowing when you're finished 8 level of cars salesmen(that's the side mission,like firefighter or paramedic).I gues when you finish all 12 level you unlock snow,but darn everyone can't pass level 9. Where all the snow has settled and piled up on legdes and heeped against walls. I don't believe we were ever supposed to get that sort of snow. The falling snow seen in that car mission is a cool thing to see once, but people would complain if it was a regular feature. As far as I can see the Car Salesman missions appear to use weather as an obstacle to over come in the missions. Has R* ever said that snow would be a regular feature? It seems that everytime a new game is released someone sees something in a early screenshot and assumes the whole game will have this as a standard feature. A lot of screenshots feature things seen only in particular mission or only in cutscenes. Does anyone remember "We will be able dig with the shovel in San Andreas"? Even if snow was to be included as standard, they would probably have removed it after testing because the beauty of snow is how it makes the landscape look once it has settled. No-one marvels at the fact that it makes it harder to see very far or drive cars. In my opinion snow is confined to the car missions for a very good reason and players would only complain if it just appeared while they were in the middle of another mission.
