It was possable to get to all the islands right from the start on GTA:III, I was just wondering how they have blocked us of this time and if its possable to get to the other islands early. And how can you not have seen snow yet? It's been released 1 days LOL. No seriously, I guess it's summer when you start the game. So snow isn't falling much. Maybe about once in 30 game days. Maybe just a light texture change would look good. Just some frosting on ground with some heaver build of snow in the corners. But yeah, but the textures would take up alot of space, so who knows. Wasn't their an early pic of the mafia guarding a building, and someone thought they saw snow on the ledges and stuff...hmm. I can just see it snowing now in my mind...every where you walk it leaves a footprint...it mights be like a blizzard, with the cars on full headlights, driving slower...and skidding everywhere!
