blackwings Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 (edited) ok, lets post where we know weapons are, so the people that make the maps have a head start - *WARNING, SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!!* ak-47 - on top of the sex club hatchet - behind fire station by car dealership hockey stick - behind apartment building in hepburn heights micro smg - in between two construction trailers, at the bridge end of the orange wall, near the unfinished bridges molotovs - on top of casino/gentlemens club you blow up VERY early in the game armor - on top of the train tracks near the radio stration armor - on top of the radio station butcher knife - market in chinatown shotgun - on top of grocery store mini submachine gun (i get them confused) - st marks, there is an alley that goes perpendicular to the main roads, and next to it it a section of walls, the gun is at the very bottom of the wall, next to the alley theres another bludgeoing weapon im forgetting - health pickups are everywhere, and there is armor on the dock you run away from portland on in III mac-10 - at construction site on north end of portland near the ferry portsniper rifle - on top of building in construction site in hepbun heights armor - dock under callahan bridge armor - under ferry tower at ferry port in harwood There's a chainsaw by the sawmill in Trenton. Also, brass knuckles are in an allyway near the mean street taxis in that area. some weapons on staunton: shotgun - in divit-alley near DL building armor - at construction site near ferry/hospital spaz shotgun (?) - on top of building near callahan bridge - it is shaped like an 8 on your map mini-machine gun - back alley that the 'hello again' sign is in sniper rifle - top of tall building with 3 flights of stairs, near the internet cafe (under construction) spaz shotgun (?) - portland, fish factory up on beam theres a bunch more, but im pretty full on weapons so i havent been looking for anything else - i know theres an M4 somewhere near the police station or down by the boat docks I started a topic like this on GTAWH and here are somr weapon locations: AK-47 -If you go up the stairs behind JD's club, there is a ramp to your sight go up it and go off the ledge straight ahead, now jump onto the blue building and go along it. There is your AK-47 (very powerful, only 2 bullets to kill a ped) Meat Clever -In china town, in the middle of the chinese market place Shotgun -get in a Police car tec 9 - axe -behind firestation brass knuckles -they're near the police station in that place where the road goes around in a square. i cant really describe it very well but its inbetween one two of the buildings there. UZI -At the base of the of the (under construction) Stanton Bridge is a one of the construction worker trailer/buldings right on the water front, on the water side of it is an UZI Molotov cocktails - found motolov cocktails at Ray's GTA3 hideout in the park on Staunton Island Sniper rifle - in Shoresides Vale under the old broken bridge by the shore of the river that can be used as a jump to go over the river Sniper rifle - above the western entrance to the tunnel in shoreside vale (right by the dam) Colt Python - you have to go to the airport on shoreside vale and there is a road in front of the airport any ways on the ledge above the road there are 2 signs and behind one is the really good pistol another one is the psgi-1 sniper rifle i think its called (also from vc) i havnet found out how to get it but i know where it is.on staunton island if you die you go to the hospital there and when you spawn turn left and head towards the parking lot, if you keep going you will cross the raod and there is some stairs that go up to a restaurant and on a belcony there is the psgi-1 sniper rifle. if you find a way to get it please tell me!! theres a sawed off shotgun in the storage area at Callahan Point (Portland), you have to carefully walk up the red beams to get it (its available after the mission you do there is finished). hint: you cant get in through the gate, check the walls for a way in. If you get it early in the game then it makes shooting missions a breeze is there an MP5 anywhere in Staunton or Portland? There doesn't seem to be a ramp anywhere sufficient for the jump up there, and none of the vehicles are tall enough to help you climb there. Unless you can get to the roof of one of the buildings, I don't see a way of getting there. Edit: There aren't any of the Vice's ramp trucks anywhere in LCS, are there? We will probably have to wait untill someone extracts radar images of the LCS UMD image before we will have a good map to work with. The whole thing is vectorized, so it looks perfect no matter what zoom level you use to view it.
