Since it has been deemed unrated it is illegal to: Import, Buy, Rent, Lend And Sell. There is NO Legal way to obtain the game in Australia at this time. GTA3Freak-2001 Posted September 30, 2005 Share Posted September 30, 2005 The only restriction I know of is Ebay Australia removing any listings of the game, its perfectly legal to buy from overseas say UK or New Zeland and have it sent here.
