Raptomex
Do you think the game will be re-rated AO (Adults Only) after it comes out. If you compare the ratings of LCS and SA on the official GTA site they both have the same contents except SA has nudity (only on the PC version). That's also one of the reasons I pre-ordered it. This way if it's all over the news like the last three GTA's I don't have to worry about not getting it in stores.
Kippers
I thought i saw somewhere they had confirmed it was going to be rated M? I for the life of my can't remember where but i swear i saw it somewhere 習うより慣れろ
Raptomex
I don't think so. I think on GTAPortable (or one of those sites) they said it wasn't official yet but the game will come out rated "M". I'm hoping it won't be re-rated to "AO". Ahh yeah, that's where i heard it from gtaportable. Well, i see no reason why it would be rated Ao. They can't rate another game in a series based on the content of a previous game.....Can they? 習うより慣れろ
Raptomex
No they can't. But not on the previous game I'm saying if it has very similar content (gameplay wise), I hope it won't be re-rated.

SA was only later changed to AO when the hot coffee thing was found....so i really doubt LCS would have anything of the sort, and with scsa's post, then its confirmed. typoEDR
According to the Flash site, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is rated M for Mature: - Blood and Gore - Intense Violence - Strong Language - Strong Sexual Content - Use of Drugs
biddy cultman
every GTA game says that theres strong sexual content, but where the hell is the stong sexual content,
K-JAw
I guess Maria getting tied up by Asuka and the whole Vice City porn thing could considered strong sexual content. It's really tame at best as far as I'm concerned. I kinda would like to see two versions of the game: a M version and an AO version. The only thing the AO version would have over the M is the hot coffee scenes. Hot coffee is an interesting mini-game, more comical than sexual in my opinion. In LCS, these scenes would probably be used in the whore houses rather than dates.
*MURDOC*
every GTA game says that theres strong sexual content, but where the hell is the stong sexual content, Picking up hookers is "strong" enough for the ratings people, plus there is usually some other stuff going on anyway. da gta master
It will most likely be rated M Even though I dont really care as over here it will be rated 18. It will only be rated AO if R* decide to make Hot Portable Coffee with Maria.
CJVercetti
I strongly doubt that it will be rated AO. And if the ESRB does rate it AO just because San Andreas was AO, then they are a bunch of sh*t-faced cockmasters.

My III, Vice and San Andreas were all 18's not AO. But no-one cars about AO, it'll always get to below 18s 18 is pretty much the same as AO, but isnt taken as seriously in the UK. For example, in the US, some stores won't sell AO games, but in the UK even Toys'r'Us will sell GTA, which has the highest possible age rating
nikxond
They cant rate the game AO.But if they did it could work like a commercial trick for rockstar.Whatever is prohibited will always be a challenge for the gamers thats how it always works>if it was AO everyone would find a way to get it>and in addition that way the game gets more well known to gamers who havent heard about it
