Did it ever actually say Luigi was running it? well when i was playing GTA3, on one of the commercials on the radio stations, they mention Luigi's Bar, then Sex Club Seven, 2 different places. They are just next to each other. I don't even know if Luigi is connected to Sex Club Seven. I mean, where has it ever been said that he owns it? Yeah and the Sindacco Family owns Paulies Revue Bar and the Doll House right. Wonder if the Forelli Mafia Family will be in this game as well GTA:LCS said that the character Kazuki Casen spends a great deal of time going into the Leone's, Forellis, and Sindacco territory.
