A secret organization devoted in contract killing, for a reasonable price. Anyone can perform a hit, and your reward for doing so will be your pick of a signature, followed by a leadership in the scoreboards. The Rules This is how it works. The I.C.A. will post info on a certain ped, followed by pics and how we want them killed. When three people have posted pics/videos of the hit being done, we will pick who comes in first place/second place/thirrd place. First place is worth three points, second worth two points, etc. We will only accept the first three peoples pics/videos! (but make it good). The Target Good luck, and happy killing... Querries? Well, he's not too hard to find, look in angel pine a bit and you're sure to find him. No, you may lay it out anyway you like, if you want just post one pic/short video. As long as it's clear that you killed them the proper way in the pic.
