And the point that rampages are playing a role in LCS enforces this possibility even more. Your whole case rests on a picture which could only be Darkel if they've changed what he looks like and that dead guy isn't one of many other peds it could be. Also it seems weird to kill the rampage leader himself, evem if that would explain his absence from GTA3. He may make an appearance but it wasn't worth starting a new Darkel topic when you could have added this photo to one of the existing ones. @ smh - Darkel was a character who was supposed to be in GTA3 but wasn't. The voice actor recorded the lines and is credited in the Manual along with another missing character called Curtly. He is rumoured to be the original giver of the rampage missions before they replaced him with a floating icon. Just looks like an ordinary tramp to me. They've all had an upgrade (or downgrade as it's 3 years earlier). Most of them look similar but have differences in colour, accesories or clothes. The dead guy in the pic could easily be the LCS version of the male hobo in that picture. On a side note: I wonder if they set out to design all new peds or if they simply took all the old ones and worked out how they should look 3 years earlier.
