Jobikukal
As most of you probably know, cut-scenes in Vice City are done with in-game engine. I don´t think that there's rocket-science included, but characters are using sort of moves (sitting comfortably in the chair, shaking hands, touching other characters) which never happens in-game. There's no possibility to make those moves by myself yet? I can imagine, that if I have some kind of program, I should define every move they make, step-by-step. But it would certainly be cool:) Manki B
Jobikukal
I saw an earlier topic, and it was told, that making your own cut-scenes is hard as hell... Manki B

DaEllum67
No, they are all animations stored in cuts.img. They are NOT modular, so you will need to know how to animate things 3dsm or something similar to create a custom cutscene. You could also use an uncutscene, but your options there are limited.
