When I do the pimpin' missions and get to a customer who doesn't pay for some reason and it says to "destroy him" i get out and shoot or beat him up and it fails the mission saying not to kill the customers. That is, the problem customer is the previous customer who should now have a red arrow over his head and not the one whom you are near when you first see the "cheapskate" message.
