USB and card are seperate devices; USB is external, TV tuner card is PCI board internal. NewEgg.com Video capture devices EDIT: sorry I just saw your country flag and Newegg is for North America... Amazon.co.uk has some cards and devices but not a lot of selection; most computer/hardware shops should have something you can use.
