RvdVit Posted September 25, 2005 Share Posted September 25, 2005 2 whole new discoveries were made by me this week. The first one isn't as cool as the second one, but it's still worth posting. I found another unique vehicle in San Andreas. It's an all green jeep (With roof). You know whenever you buy/steal a jeep with a roof the roof is tan? And you can't respray the roof at a Trans Fender. Well in the mission "Robbing Uncle Sam" when the Mesa rolls through the gates, it will sometimes be a roof model, and the roof will be green! So if you ever wanted a ROOFED army jeep, you can just take this one in the beginning of the game. Now the 2nd one. *NOTE: If you haven't done the mission where you blow up the drug factory in SF, you can still try this, only it might not work. Go to the blown up drug factory in an ADMIRAL, with the radio OFF. Go inside the building in the car and go to the southern-most room. You must be facing EAST. Reverse the car so you're touching the most western wall of the wrecked building. Now, drive the car in between the West and East walls, and look left. THE RADIO WILL TURN ON. Now, stay in the same place, and move the right analog/use the mouse to/do whatever the X-Box has so that your camera is in Bird's Eye View, right above the car, no need to change the camera angle using the keys. When your camera gets right above the admiral, THE RADIO WILL TURN ON. Last one, go to the ramp that leads out of the building, not the HUGE one that you jump off of, but the tiny one that leads into/out of the factory. Go down the ramp with your radio off and the radio WILL TURN ON. Some cars will not react as good, like the Taxi, or Super GT. Also, the Buccaneer and Broadway work just as good as the admiral. I was driving around and thought it'd be a good Idea to go inside the factory, and I just happened to have my radio off, and as it's a small space I used the above view to drive around. I would be just driving around anywhere (Not just in SF) with the radio off and the game for some reason will turn the radio back on to the last station I was listening to. I just ignore it. I didn't think it happened to anyone else. Actualy, it's not the same glicht... It's a problem with mouses (plastic, not animal), some mouses freack out some times on the game. As for RvdVit. Maybe it's true or maybe it isn't, but since it's coming from a guy who is sufficiently ignorent to create spam in the forums and selebrate as it's criticized as so in other GTA sites (good job ) , I'm just not going to give a f*ck. For these discoveries, I believe the mesa with green hardtop can spawn in traffic, or at the Chiliad spot... My radio would often turn itself on randomly all over the state, switching to K-rose. I think your radio played SF-UR randomly in San Fierro because it is the San Fierro radio station, and K-Rose in the countryside, because it is the country station. Radio stations are based upon areas (hick towns = K-Rose, San Fierro = gaywad host w/good music, Los Santos =Gangster music etc) I've never had my radio suddenly switch, nor have I really thought about a Mesa, allthough I love the jeep. Dude, the Mesa is a jeep!! Anyways, my raido station always changes near The Big Ear, and Mt. Chilliad, but no where else really, unless i'm trying that 'SPAWN MORE GANG AREAS', then it always happens when i'm flying out above the sea towards complete nothingness.
