~Neon~
The screen shots would have been taken from a development version of LCS. Thus meaning that not everything is complete. They probably havent finished all the LOD files for the bridge, thats why you can see the buildings behind, because they have corect LODs running. Im sure it will be fixed for the release. CarpetDweller
We need carpetdweller to get a GTA:3 screen with this view You called? Not the best pic, i know, but it shows how much is missing. And. yes, that church was always there. Also, from the info I've heard I understand it this way: •The are no road tunnels or aircraft anywhere in the game. •The bridges are under construction. •The Ferry workers are striking, which prevents crossing to other islands at the beginning. •The last mission in Portland has you and Salvatore jumping the gap in the bridge (so it still isn't finished at that point). I really don't know how I would feel if there weren't any bridges in this game. I think the islands would feel much more self-contained and more like game-levels rather than part of a whole city. NSX
Well, if you read some stuff about it, you should now that it's 3 years earlier then GTA3 and that indeed the bridge was still under contruction and that the ferrie employees also are on strike cus of the tunnel. Jamslice
I'm almost certain this is a draw-distance thing... it's rendered in such a way that it couldn't possibly be under construction or destroyed it's holding itself up in physics defying ways, not to mention the beams floating in the air
swat_killer
Look at the pic its to the right of the building maybe its blocked by the clouds lol
SammieJ
i remember that building now, that was a taxi drop-off location, and i think there was a rampage there, and maybe a hidden package??

GTA3Freak-2001
anyone notice the castle-like buliding in the background of the picture with the policeboat looking boat with the unfinished shoreside vale bridge in the distance? possibly a casino? iono. That's the church that was in GTA3. And I dunno how you guys can think the Shoreside Vale Bridge is being built because its obviously the draw distance being bad, I mean explain how that huge structure is standing when its got no support beams?
