Yeah, he looks stronger, but with all those weapons and vehicles around it doesn't just come down to size. And Catalina was on her way to Liberty when she left SA in 1992. I think she and Claude took a long route and stopped along the way because I don't think they got there for many years after that. I doubt she'll be in LCS. n2gether Posted September 26, 2005 Share Posted September 26, 2005 that car may not be a cartel cruiser..., i also remember them saying in GTA3 that the Cartel were a new gang in town. So i think there is a good chance they wont be in the game....or at least not the gang itself, but possibly like where you see the forellis in vice, just appearing in a few missions or something.
