BBCode Help

There have been alot of topics about "Oh, how do I make a table?" or "How do I use teh BB?"

 

Well, seeing as how the BBCode help is there, why not make it more visible. Right now, it is under the emoticons. People usually don't see it (Like myself) and end up making a topic about it. I think we should put the javascript pop-up link next to all the BBCode buttons above the text box. Just so people see it better.

I think it would be better to somehow unarchive the old BBCode help topic (or have someone make a new one) and make a decently sized link when posting, or using anything that can use BBcode.~TGK

You could always use the GTAF Firefox extension. That's what I use. It's pretty darn good.

 

And for tables, use Barguast's Table Generator. It's rediculously easy.

If anything they should bring back that one topic that explained the tags. It got streamlined, but before it did it was pretty useful, kinda like "BBcode for dummies."

I remember seeing a thread that contained all the good post wrapper colors to use. I think that too might have been archived, but I think that would be very handy also, especially for new people who just use for example:

Actually, I'd find that usful too. We should dig that up.
