Spectre95
Whenever I want to watch a movie that is in .mov format I get sound but no picture. This happens every time and I've had it up to here! I've tried everything I could think of. I have the latest version of QT installed and I got DivX codec. What's the deal? unholypie
If you have the latest Quicktime are you sure there isn't a codec on there site that you need?
Wolf68k
Using Windows and QuickTime you only need to worry about codecs that are unquie to QT. You shouldn't have to worry about DivX or Xvid or anything that normally found used on AVI files. If you think it's your computer, then I would have to start by saying to a complete system cleaning; spyware scans, virus scans, ScanDisk, DiskDefrag. Also make sure you do have the latest version of QT, which is nor version 7 http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html QT 7 with iTunes 5 http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone.html QT7 standalone (no iTunes)
