Show file directory in webpage

Im working on a website for a muscian. He wants to be able to have users listen to and download his songs. He needs it to be easy though. So, Id like to make it so that he can just upload a file to a specified directory on the ftp, and it will automatically show up on the webpage, since the webpage would display that whole directory. But i need something more than the directory index you get where there is no index page. Id like to be able to change the fonts/backgrounds and make it look halfway decent. How might I be able to do this? Any and all help is much appreciated.

You could easily use PHP to create a simple script that grabs the music files in a directory and displays them however you want. This page at php.net has a simple script example.

I know you have an answer, but I actually asked this before, and Az made a script that could do it, and was skinnable and whatnot
