Ching.
In SA, you can hit a key to lock the hydros into a full up position. I'd like to try and lock only the front, and only the back into the up position. Basically, instead of the keystroke to lift the front being momentary, i'd like to make it toggle. Where would I begin? Vehicles.ide? I'm thinking that if I find the info for the key to lock all four wheels into the up position, I can probably apply that to the other motions as well. Any ideas?? demonj0e
i think its hardcoded in the way of how hydrolics actually work in the game

BenMillard
This is not possible by simple editing. With the lowrider competition, the other cars bounce around because the mission script tells them to. In theory, a skilled mission coder could find those codes and create a script which made them operate on your current vehicle. For example, pressing the sub-mission key could drop the front raise the rear, locking it in that position until you pressed the button again. The mission scripts are very complicated to work with. You could ask about it in the Mission Mod Requests topic but I don't know of any coders would actually do it.
