I know Niall's R2D2 account showed as Awaiting Authorizaiton for the longest time after he was banned. Then again, I guess he's probably not. Oh well. If you were having trouble sending a PM then it is likely because he was in the Awaiting Authorisation group (which is where you get put if you change your email address but don't validate your account).
