Using bombs outside of missions

How exactly are bombs meant to be used outside of missions? Do you have to wait until someone steals your car?

for each island there is a bomb shop.

In portlands shop you will have to wait for someone to steal your car

In stautons shop you activate the bomb then it is set on like a 5 sec timer

In Shorside they give you a detonator so you can blow it up manually.

Basically, apart from the when you need them in missions, they are basically there for imaginative use.

Kanbu Bust-Out makes you use the Staunton one. But the Shoreside one is never even displayed on the radar.

IIRC, it's in the same little courtyard where the Pay & Spray is in Pike Creek.

In Portland its right next to the Easy Credit Autos at 8-ball's. Also, at 8-ball's in Stauton right next to the Pay N Spray. It's funny how in Shoreside Vale, no radar even shows up. It would be better if they showed all the things on the radar like on the other GTA's. Once you play it a lot you don't need the radar anymore like me.
