I really just didn't like Halo, its not by any means the absolute worst i've ever played but I just didnt like it, to me it just seemed like any other generic Sci Fi FPS. guv Posted September 30, 2005 Share Posted September 30, 2005 Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. Fun for the first 5 minutes, but then became highly repetitive and boring. The city environment is more boring and copy+pasted than True Crime: Streets of LA. The first set of missions involves destroying helicopters and tanks. Twelve missions later, hulk is still destroying helicopters and tanks. The demo was enough for me. Utter sh*te! I've also just watched the PSM2 DVD review of it : they gave the game 88%. I rolled my eyes, muttered various expletives re. them not knowing a crap game if it bit them, and wondered if I should buy PSM2 ever again. "Free roaming city" my arse. Gamecube has some great games. the super monkey ball series (although it recently made its way to the X-box and ps2), The mario party games. resident evil 4. as for the Driver haters. is this opinion coming from playing modern games, then playing Driver? because back in 2000, there weren't many games that even compared to the mission-based driving style of driver. when it comes down to it, Driv3r wasn't a clone of the 3d GTAs, the 3d GTAs were clones of Driv3r's predecessor Driver 2 which had freeroaming and such almost a year before GTA 3 came out. so: GTA 3 didn't start the 3D free roaming trend. driver 2 did. R* proboly didnt make it 3D cause the graphics stunk on the PS1 and they were waiting for a better console to make thier 3D game on. One of these games was the worst, hands down, game that I have ever had the abject horror of playing: Azurik - The Rise of Perethia. Ugh.
