can you change the planes that fly around san andreas

well if you mean by switching out the Beagle that fly around at times with the AT400 or the alike, then no. I think it's hardcoded (coded in the EXE file). It might be done by Paths or main.SCM coding tho. If done with the main.SCM, yes it can be done, but you'll have to start a new game.

 

One way you could do it though, is switching out the Beagle's model with the AT400's model. That way it would seem as if it was the AT400 that flew around instead. However, it'd have the wrong engine sound, and the beagle at the San Fierro airport would be replaced with an AT400!
