Wanted Level Cheat

I have gta on xbox and isnt the no wanted levels cheat supposed to stop u from getting more stars? Because i want to get 2 stars and get it stuck there, but when i get 2 stars and put in the never wanted it erases the other 2. I think i did it before but for some reason it wont work now, and even the cheat code sites say it doesnt erase them just stops from more adding.

The only reason I can think of, is that you have the wrong cheat. Just check in other sites.

 

Remember, you want the lock wanted level, not the never wanted. I thought that might have been pretty mickey mouse.

Never wanted and Freeze level are the same cheat....

 

Freeze Wanted Level B, Right, B, Right, Left, X, Y, Up

 

On PS2 version the cheat locks your level, so if you have zero stars, you are never wanted. If you had 2, you stayed at 2. Maybe the cheat works differently for Xbox.

>.< i dont understand ! I did it before and EVERY xbox cheat side says it doesnt "erase"current wanted level. Oh well, someone try it for xbox and tell me if it works? I just dont like the helicopter, i try to kill cops fbi and all those but stupid helicopters come every 2 seconds and i shoot one down another instantly comes its annoying and theres no xbox cheat to prevent helicopters.

Mxy is right, my cousin has San Andreas for Xbox and when I was playing it when i put the freeze/never wanted level cheat and it just took my wanted level out.
