sorry, cant try i can, but i've got texture mods installed, and im not sure on whether of no they would transfer over. if someone can clear that up then i can do it for you...

 

oh and you access didear sachs when you go back to los santos in a later mission.

If you just changed textures and cars in the game then it won't transfer over to the other person's file. But if you installed a major mod (like hot coffee), then you simply won't be able to load the other person's save file and your game will crash . Thats why a person asking for help is supposed to write down if they installed any major mods.

Well if you have got a mod that doesn't replace the main.scm and scripts file, then you can do others missions. Those 2 are the major files which requires a new game if messed around with.
