ajkhan316`
Try to stick close to the ground so you don't use up too much fuel. Position the baron behind your target and keep on firing the weapon. That way the target will blow up even if they make a run for it. PS : You should be pretty good at flying to do this mission because it is hard to control the baron. Check out some guides on Supply Lines. - FiJiAn 4 LiFe

ajkhan316`
Download a video walkthrough of Supply Lines from here. it is recorded by a fellow helper, Plaka. I think it will give you a better idea of what to do. - FiJiAn 4 LiFe

Tornado Rex
Also remember (if you're on the PC anyway) that you don't have to hold down the accellerator when you're flying. Just get up to speed and coast, you'll maintain your altitude. Since the guys are spread out, you don't need to make sharp turns, so use the rudder (Q and E keys by default) to make wider, more even turns (so you don't lose altitude). Then just take your time. Doing it this way it took all of about two notches from my fuel tank when I did it. ~ Proud Supporter of the Child's Play Charity! | GTANET + Child's Play ~
Mxyzptlk
I don't know if you saw this already, but in the forum header is a Supply Lines guide topic; it has maps and step-by-step instructions... the guide helped me beat it.

waqar4game
[]==============================================[] | 5.6 Zero: Supply Lines | +====================================+=========+===========================+ | SF: Garcia | [8]: <##??***!__> | []==========================================================================[] This is the 'Red Baron' mission everyone hates. Hey, its not even required, buddy! You have to shoot 5 targets: 3 vans, a bike and a Sanchez using a RC plane. -OK, take off and turn about 15 degrees left. -You'll see a van heading to the right and a bike heading south. Go after the van. -Take out the van at the light, then u-turn and go back toward the bike -Don't try and fly over the building, the plane just can't do it without burning all its fuel -Take out the kid on the bike, then turn West (hard right) at the next intersection and head for Queens/Hashbury -Look for the van to arrive at an intersection just down the hills. You might as well just park there. -Fly back to the park area, then north toward Chinatown. The last two should be near each other to your East -Take out the last two. The bike is closer. -You should have just enough fuel to get up and coast back to Zero's.
