gzp
Hello all, I'm talking about the PC version of Vice City. Almost completed the game, I'm at 98%, and only 2 unique jumps are missing. Went through on all jumps, but I can't find the 2 missing ones. Read the FAQ... no one can help what I'm missing, but I know I do not miss any unique jump place, so finally started the game from the beginning and went through the jumps and completed them. This mean there is a bug in the code that does not allow me to finish 2 jumps. My question is that someone with similair problem, or where should I complain, maybe sending the saved game to rockstar game? Sorry, if I'm in wrong forum. Thanks. No. First went through the jumps several times. Several. Spent 3 days to do the jumps with different vehicles, different speed, angles, etc. Finally decided to start a fresh game, go to level where bridges are open and I can complete the jumps and completed them. All of them got accepted, thats why I think there is a bug in the code. I can post my saved game if someone interested...
Spuds725
You can post it to the "save n play" thread located here. and someone will probably find which ones are not registering for you. Demarest
I'm requesting the save anyways. I had already decided that a Code Tool to point out which jumps you're missing is next on my list and it would make for a good test. I chuckled when you thought it was a bug. Well, let me know which ones are missing. Thought its a bug, because I'm unable to complete any more jumps, but starting from the beginning in a fresh game I'm able to do them. Here you find the saved game in both compressed and uncompressed format.
Demarest
Thank you. I will have the tool up in a day or two. I know I said that yesterday, but then they made me work all day today. Luckily the tool will not take very long to write. I understand your logic. Just as there's times I do one and it doesn't register and then I do it again and it does. Oh and please pull your link to your SET file. That file contains information indigenous to your hardware. Should anybody else try to use it, their game will misbehave. Link fixed.
