i am goin got make my Fisrts Mod and i would love i to be this on

 

ALL cars including Firetrucks and cop Cars have a working radio with music and all.

 

but i need help on how to do i

 

like wat tool's and info do i need

Yup, it's hardcoded, there's no way you can do that without editing the game exectuble, or memory hacking (which noone has found addresses for i think) so say goodbye to doing that part of your mod
