why2me
have completed 99% GTA3, paramedic missions left. I have also 99% of the vice city, 35/36 jumps. Any method or technique or even software could tell which jump I am missing, in VC. Could anyone provide any useful tip for ambulance mssions completion in GTA3 after most gangs become mad at you. I tried to do it portland, mafia wont allow that. two shotguns shots burst the vehicle. staunton has long distances where columbians and yardies has there impact. In shoreside vale columbians again shoot hard. I only reach 5th level, after that the ambulance catches fire. Well I am not using any cheats and dont want to,even no vehicle health cheat. Could someone give any useful advice or tip
GritSandWiches4Breakfest
I highly recommend to do them in Staunton. I did it in 1 try on my last 100% run. Just on the way from and out of the hostiptal, which is right in gang territory, drive fast and they shouldn't give you much trouble. They only use Uzis at the most. Make sure you knwo the area very well as the roads are long and wide.
Demarest
Have you checked out my Code Tools? For GTA3, I have one called Time Vault. While it's loaded, any mission you start (including Paramedic) is immediately passed. If you're still 99% afterwards, Ancestral Recall will tell you what you're missing. If it turns out to be a sealed mission, Eureka will solve it for you... As for VC, I had intentions of making a Code Tool that would inspect your save and tell you WHICH jump you're missing. Never got around to it. Pretty busy these days, but if you can wait a day or two for that, I'll my it next on my list
why2me
Well even the yardies pistol shots are too harmful. Ambulance is so vunerable that if it got some pistol shots and if you press the reverse button hard for stopping, it catches fire from back and then shifts to front engine and explodes the vehicle. In the whole while, you could only look miserably to the screen. If theres comes a software which could tell about the jumps, it solve miseries of many about Vice City. I am not alone who is suffering from this dilemma. Many says they got 35/36 jumps and stands on 99%. Anyways, Thanks for taking inerest.
GritSandWiches4Breakfest
As demarest figured out. If you are stuck at 99% and did everything. You can do paramedic to level 12 again and it adds +1% everytime. (just saying this if this ever happens if you play it through again)
Demarest
If theres comes a software which could tell about the jumps, it solve miseries of many about Vice City. I am not alone who is suffering from this dilemma. Many says they got 35/36 jumps and stands on 99%. Yeah, and they're all missing UJ24. And if not, then UJ18. SNP proved it At any rate, the VC Tool will be coming
why2me
UJ24 and UJ18 corresponds to which guide???
Demarest
I didn't realize they were numbered differently. In my experience, they're all the same and have just been accepted numbered as such. For clarification: UJ 24 UJ
why2me
I have done UJ24 which is the No.35th I have completed. For UJ18 I am not completely sure, I have come to 99% over an year of playing VC. During which there are gap of 5 or 6 months. So I am not completely sure about it. I tried to do that jump a number of times but no unique stunt text appear.
why2me
Well I have completed paramedic mssions today, and also reached 100%. thanks to "GritSandWiches4Breakfest", its really a useful suggestion of using the stuanton island. I try to avoid the columbians and yakuza gunfights and minimizes my passage to yardies and columbian terrotories. Well handling should be good. Speed and brakes are applied according to situation. I am trying it in shoreside but there time is also a big problem and you are subjected to columbian shots. GTA3 is completed but VC still stands on 99%, 35/36 jumps. Wizard Man
i found it easier to do the paramedic missions right at the beginning of the game because then no gangs are shooting at you when you go by, especially the mafia with their shotguns. I finished all the R3 missions before i went to staunton island
simps
@why2me, make a topic in VC forum. Maybe you could post in the Save 'N' Play and just ask them to post a screenshot of the jump you are missing and not do the game. @Wizard, great. Welcome to the forums! Have a Maybe you would like to introduce yourself here. Try to post relevant stuff to the topics. Thanks!
why2me
VC also get to 100%, thanks to demarest and its tools which is so called Uniquecall. Hope others will benefit from that. Completion of Unique jumps are really a big problem in Vice city and specially when if Unique jump camera glitch appears in the game. I heard theres no completion of unique jumps in san andreas, mainly because of this reason.
Demarest
God I hope I'm able to release that tonight. The only reason it's taking so long is because it's going to have so many features that it's going to be the one-stop tool for everything Unique Jump related. Just wanted to let you know that the unique jump bug for VC I've made a fix for on my site. It was pretty easy too. But yeah, SA has Unique Jumps, but they don't count towards 100% Essentially, they turned it into an automated process like the Rampages of GTA3/VC, but no thread for tracking your progress. GTA_kev
I like to do it in Stauntan because the roads are more wider and it has bigger area. I wish I could have beaten at the start of the game way back in Portland before the Leone Mafia hates you. It's your choice but I would never recomend Shoreside Vale because it clearly is the worst.
