freddykreuger666 Posted September 14, 2005 Share Posted September 14, 2005 basically this game owns single player and especially with this mod. what this mod needs is lots of publiclity. ive told about 5 ppl so far about vc-mp and as soon as i told em gta online they go "cool im gonna get it i never knew it was online." especially that mta isnt as gd but gets more publicity but we need to tell more people interested in this game cos at the monent no 1 knows about it. nearly every 1 with ps2 has this game so ppl may want to buy this so they can play online. ive always looked forward to online gta and every 1 else has too. everyone just tell every person u know to buy this game and download this mod!!! erorr404 Posted September 16, 2005 Share Posted September 16, 2005 it really does need publicity.. i really don't know why there are so few players on VCMP. a good way for VCMP to become more popular would be if it had a decent, centralized list of servers that's updated in real-time and shows the amount of players in each server. it would also help if it came with the installation package (preferably on the launch screen itself) instead of being posted on a website, so that users can have quick access to the server list. i doubt this will happen though since im sure kyeman's main focus is on SAMP. it also just takes time for a mod to become popular.. {mEr}Boff Posted September 18, 2005 Share Posted September 18, 2005 well if every1 that has a clan website hosts the install files im sure that would help i do http://mer.supahost.net/gta.htm also i first heard of multi theft auto because it came on a free disk from pc gamer thats what this mod needs reveiws!!! before gettin that mag i had no idea that there was an online mod for gta so i played it and was blown away (even with the bugs) the only reason i found out there was a different multiplayer mod was purely word of mouth (thanx to the [uVA] forums) if any1 knows how to get this game reviewed by magazines i suggest ya do it vc/lc-mp rules i just wish there was more players on it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
