Heat haze sqaures up and down

Hey, I know this is a known issue but does anyone know if R has said anything. They don't care to le us know anything do they? They have not replied to my email in weeks. If this goes on for much longer this is going to be the last time I buy from them ever again. I'm a reasonable guy, but I'm getting a bit fed up already. Apart from that I'm forced to play at 800x600 even though I can play at higher resolutions. Someone tell me the real patch is coming soon cause I might just throw it in the garbage.
