srg Posted September 14, 2005 Share Posted September 14, 2005 (edited) Build enough respect ( around 50% i think)by doing missions/killing rival gangs, when you get a message that you can already recruit gang members, disarm yourself (fist icon) press R1 then up arrow (PS2).
