Hey I was wondering if you could do this..?

If there is a mod that you can become the cop and arrest any one you want.

Or if theres a code/cheat to pause the timer on the cop car vigilant mission

Hey I was wondering if there is a patch that you can become the cop and arrest any one, if not then I was wondering if there is a code to pause the time on the vigilaint mission in the cop cars..?

1) The thing wouldn't be a patch. It would be a mod. I have not heard of such a mod being made, though maybe you can request it in the Requests & Recruits Modding Forum.
