Forfit
I recently purchased a Chaintech AV-710 sound card and got it today... Put it into a PCI slot, Disabled Onboard Audio, Restarted, Installed newest drivers....And get no sound... Could someone help me out with this? im pretty sure i tried it all...i wonder if i should just send the card back. Any help would be appreciated i have been searching the net for a few hours and cant find much help...ive tried all 3 PCI Slots and drivers from chaintech and from the useless cd it comes with and the manual is useless as well...and i do everything and it just doesnt play anything, but my onboard still worked after i pulled out the card and re-enabled onboard. THanks Edited September 14, 2005 by Forfit
Bond996
Windows recognizes it? Not muted? Seems to be all properly installed in Windows? Selected as default out/in device? Programs(if applicable), are set to output to it? Onboard still work?

Windows recognizes it yes, IT is NOT Muted, im sure its properly installed....And it is selected default device and set to output, onboard works but as of now its disabled.
