3dmax error

i got the ifp import script for 3dmax by kam but it get and error when i try to load ifp files the error looks like this here

 

and in the read me it says "if IFPioInfo == undefined then fileIn (scriptspath+"\\GTA_Tools\\IFPio_Fn.ms") quiet:true"

so what do i do? it doesnt make much sence
