poopskin
there is a boat in the los santos docks like the one from the mission in GTAIII where you had to blow up the dock with 8-ball. what is it for?
fart boy
they put it there to make it look like anybody ever looked for it so they left it inn the water because nobody was looking or searching for it
LLD
You can actually drive it, you have to find the right door on it to enter. It's pretty hard to do because there are a few doors, but once you drive it, wow. You can smash it right into cities and cause massive pileups on highways, pretty sweet. USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST Because it's fake, hurr
Slamman
Excuse me, but you are joking right?? No big ships are pilotable, if that's the word. Some are used in later missions, but they are window dressing early on Bill

monkybone
The fact that they are plotted on the map means that the boat are " dry land" no jackable vehicles is plotted on the minimap. Anyway how the f*ck are you supposed to get on land and then in the city with a tankership?! Its no plane.
PerfectDark
dont believe this guy. there was a boat like that in Vice City, two of them actually, and they DO NOT have drivable physics. plus as that one dude up there said, things on the minimap cannot be moved. Oddsock
What is the tanker for? Eye candy. What is an ocean dock without tankers?
poopskin
why couldn't R* have done something more productive with is? like remove the pice of land representing it on the map and put peds on it, make a intereor and make a path for the boat so it can move then script damage and make it so you can blow up the boat, but not drive it and it would occasionally stop into various docks and a boarding ramp would go down and workers would be exchanged and the boat could sometimes "leave the state" as in going to where the map repeats itself, circle the barrier one, then "come back to" san andreas? you could prop add that by removing the script for... girlfriends hot cofee the SAM SITES other useless crap... you could do the same for them (make the move, not delete!) boats from the da nang thang and aquatical assault and even the san fierro navel base, with crew, heli pilots and militay soldiers with working turret batteries, and the boat would try to gun you down if you attacked it...plus you could see hydras and hunters taking off...
