dertyjerzian Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 I *think* they just need the dummies for the doors moved to the backside of the door, but you *may* also need to rotate them/switch sides (like the car was facing the ither way). fuckindumass Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 here is how it worked in vice, copy your door dummy name the new dummy whatever you want (I use dumass) put the door dummy in the new dummy new dummy door dummy door rotate the axis of the new dummy to where you need it, I can't remember if the door dummy must be rotated, most likely should be, use copy axis I suppose of course, move the door dummy to the proper location, as well as the new dummy. now, the new dummy will be rendered in game, so select it's vertices and move it inside the engine or somewhere it won't be seen, make sure you are not moving the axis with it I did not 'discover' this or think it up at all, someone posted how to do this last year, too lazy to search for post, to dumb to remember who it was Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
