This is how dubya did it:

"If you goto ZEROs RC Shop and press R1 by the counter/cash you will not go into 1st-person, but third! nothing special, but worth mentioning."

 

Is there something else to do in this glitch? (I know it may be possible.....I never tried it yet though........)

 

Perhaps I'll try it later if I remember and if I do it somehow, I'll write how to do it.

Anyways, I've tried it, I'm not sure if that's it, but when you enter Zero's RC shop in San Fierro, at the counter, there's a window (formed of a box) with 2 RC Planes on it, well go to the side nearest the counter, and aim at the guy at the counter. You'll see really close to CJ in a way....
