water boy
I love the respect list the GTAF has. It may just be me, but sometimes I want to know who respects me and who disrespects me. Don't ask why. And I think some others may feel that way too. What I think is putting a link in your profile, and when you click it, it lists all members that respect you or disrespect you. The respect list is a great feature, so why not take full advantage of it?

water boy
This has been suggested many times, but it won't happen. oh, it has?
Yuck Fou
This has been suggested many times, but it won't happen. oh, it has? Yeah. It was suggested relatively recently... like a month or two ago. So, nah. Besides, if they wanted to make a disrespect list they'd just make subdivisons. (A lot of users already do this)

(A lot of users already do this) Like this man said, there isn't a "disrespect" space to fill in. Have you ever tried looking at the Members List? It takes so long to load that I couldn't imagine how long it would take a mod/program to search through all those profiles for the likeness of your member name. It would be way more trouble then it is worth.
Over The Wall
Well, I really don't know much, but do we really think it'll use more resources than a "search all forums" type deal? If it worked as the user's only search for 60 seconds and didn't use any more resources than a normal search, why not?
SWEETSAPRIK
Well, I really don't know much, but do we really think it'll use more resources than a "search all forums" type deal? If it worked as the user's only search for 60 seconds and didn't use any more resources than a normal search, why not? Firstly, I don't think that it's needed. However, I do agree with OTW's post. Providing that it's left out of normal searches. Meaning that you shouldn't be able search profiles in addition to all posts. It should be one or the other, either by using an addition to the dropdown, or even better, an extra screen like the member search. There must be more info being accessed when searching all posts in all forums then would be accessed when searching all profiles. As for Slo's comment about it taking longer to load the profiles, I think that's because of the pictures in profiles, which have no limit on filesize. (Not sure about that though.) And if it was added there should obviously be a flood control on it's use. Although I personally think there should be a flood control on member searching as well, but I assume they don't have one because it has less to search for. (Although again, I'm unsure about that.)
