It kind of sounds like the record is skipping, but it goes on beat and adds flavor to the screwedness. If you are still confused I will post a sample. Original then the C&S version. Sample 1 Sample 2 I like Sample 1 better C&S but I like Sample 2 better as a regular version. It usually depends on the song to me. It was originated in South Florida, but DJ Screw made it famous, hence the name. Who here listens to slowed and throwed stuff? Who likes it? Do you dislike it? Why? Personally, I don't enjoy all chopped and screwed music but some songs sound good, and it depends on the person behind the music also. I hadn't really heard much of it before Mike Jones came out and now like everyone has "chopped and screwed" versions of their latest CD's coming out. T.I. had the CD "Urban Legend" normal. Then a few weeks later, a Screwd & Chopped version of "Urban Legend" came out. Didn't bother listening to it, because that would be horrible listening to 18 straight songs of that sh*t. The good one I listen to is Da Blow by Gangsta Boo. Everyone has a C&S CD because is you are high on lean than C&S music is the sh*t... Paul Wall C&S TI's CD and it was damn good personally. It depends really on where you are from. C&S music ain't bad ....... it's just that i dont't like it , it just isn't my style. The only Screwd song I have on my Ipod is Drugz by Lil' Flip and it's the only one i like. I can not listen to a song if it's not screwed. Maybe I already got use to it, but if it's not screwed, the song sounds way too damn fast for me to get the feel of it. Just go to View<Enhancements<Play Speed Settings, then set the bar to a slower speed than 1. I find that .7 sounds good. EDIT: You can also go a techno route and raise the speed to anything higher than 1. 1.4 works well. 2 is the highest and is insane.
